Modern Kitchen, Traditional Tastes...
Each individual plate at Çok Çok is prepared and cooked upon receiving the order to ensure the freshness of the dish. Traditional Thai cuisine such as Guay Tiew Neua (Beef Soup), Kaeng Chu Chee Pla Salmon (Salmon with Chu Chee Curry), Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (Roasted Duck in Red Curry Sauce), Lobster Thot Ka Tee (Fried Lobster with Garlic Sauce) and Phan Thai Kung Sod (Fried Noodles with Prawns) are daily served here like its Original Taste but with a touch of Modern European Style.
Miss Nuch, our Chef personally selects from the locally available ingredients to enhance the spices and herbs that are flown in from South East Asia. This adds to the freshness of each dish, and also provides a unique twist to some of the traditional Thai dishes.
